The average net promoter scores for medical manufacturing +35–40

Your Feedback Drives
Continuous Improvement

Thank you to everyone who participated in AVNA’s recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback helps us better understand what we are doing well, where we can improve, and how we can continue strengthening the customer experience.

AVNA received a Net Promoter Score of +61, placing us above reported medical manufacturing averages and within a best-in-class range for the category. We are proud of this result, but even more committed to using your feedback to keep improving how we support our customers and their long-term goals.

Creating Opportunity Through Partnership with CCARC

AVNA is excited to collaborate with CCARC on an internship program that provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a supportive workplace setting. The program currently includes three CCARC interns working alongside AVNA mentors, building valuable job skills, growing their confidence, and taking pride in the work they do each day.

FEATURED CAPABILITY

Plastic Injection Molding for High-Precision Medical Components

AVNA’s medical plastic injection molding capabilities help OEMs produce precise, repeatable components for high-volume medical and surgical applications. With single-shot and multi-shot overmolding, AVNA supports complex designs that require engineered thermoplastics, multi-material construction, soft grips, rigid substrates, or plastic-on-metal integration.

By combining plastic molding with in-house expertise in metal tube forming, laser tube cutting, CNC machining, stamping, welding, automation, and secondary operations, AVNA provides a vertically integrated approach that can help reduce secondary handling, improve quality, and support greater design flexibility. From prototype refinement through production, our team works closely with customers to optimize manufacturability, performance, and consistency across demanding medical device programs.

INDUSTRY NEWS

Balancing AI Growth with Sustainable Operations

As AI adoption accelerates, manufacturers are facing new questions around energy demand, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. This Design World video interview, with Ship & Shore Environmental President and CEO, explores how industrial companies can approach sustainability as more than a compliance requirement. This can be achieved by using environmental strategy, energy recovery, and smarter infrastructure planning to support productivity and future growth.
