Our internal apprenticeship program is certified by the Department of Labor and includes paid on-the-job classroom training, through the ToolingU program, as well as hands-on training on the shop floor. We offer assistance with tool expenses and, in order to fully develop your career path forward, tuition reimbursement and school credit may be available.
Most importantly, once you train at AVNA to master a particular skill, your training doesn’t have to stop. We will work with you to develop an advancement plan that can include learning new skill sets and even help you advance into whatever role you desire.
