FEATURED CAPABILITY HIGHLIGHT

Pico-second Laser Marking

Provides matte black laser marks with superior contrast abilities under different lighting conditions.

Creates a surface ripple structure on a nano-micro scale, which is highly effective in trapping light and creating high-contrast finishes from the base metal.

Combined with matte surface finishing, it provides an efficient, sustainable, and reliable design solution for medical devices.

Provides a greener solution for plastic-wrapped shafts by eliminating the plastic, reducing sterilization requirements, and streamlining the supply chain process.

This capability complements our full array of laser marking including nano-second marking, edge conditioning, and surface treatment capabilities to provide customized solutions customers can rely on.
