FEATURED CAPABILITY

Electrochemical Grinding for High-Precision Medical Manufacturing

AVNA’s Electrochemical Grinding (ECG) delivers precise, burr-free point grinding for medical wires and cannulas, supporting complex geometries such as Tri-Bevel, Menghini, Diamond, and Trocar tips.

By combining mechanical grinding with electrochemical material removal, ECG minimizes heat and stress, enabling exceptional accuracy (±0.0001”) and repeatability (±0.00004”). Compatible with a range of medical-grade materials, this process supports tight tolerances and consistent performance in high-volume production.

COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Berlin High School Career Pathways

We were proud to welcome a student from Berlin High School to AVNA for a recent Job Shadow Day as part of their Career Pathways Program.

Providing students with real-world exposure to manufacturing and career possibilities is an important step in helping them connect classroom learning to their future goals. We’re honored to play a small role in supporting that journey and appreciate the opportunity to share what we do.

Connecting with local talent in Costa Rica

Our Costa Rica team recently attended a job fair in Grecia, where we had the opportunity to meet with candidates and discuss current career opportunities. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect with us!
