AVNA is pleased to announce that Aaron Mambrino has joined the company as President & Chief Financial Officer, effective March 10, 2026.
Mambrino brings more than 25 years of multinational leadership experience across a range of industries, including medical, aerospace, and automotive. She has built a strong reputation for improving operational performance, strengthening financial results, and guiding organizations through strategic growth and transformation.
In her role at AVNA, Mambrino will lead key strategic initiatives across the organization, including operational performance, profitability improvement, talent development, and information technology strategy. She will play an important role in guiding the company’s continued growth and supporting the long-term health and performance of the organization.
Mambrino previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Hubbard Hall. Prior to that, she was President of the Americas at Dymax Corporation, where she led regional operations and supported market expansion initiatives. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to improve both operational and financial performance while helping organizations diversify and grow.
She holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hartford and currently serves on several local boards.
Mambrino also currently serves as a member of the AVNA Board of Directors, bringing valuable familiarity with the company’s strategy and mission.
